Family Photography in Brightwood, Washington DC

It’s no secret that most people are uncomfortable in front of a camera. I hate being in front of the camera even though I constantly try to coax my clients into enjoying the experience! This family, however, was natural from the start. I think it’s evident from the photos that they have great chemistry together and tons of charisma.

Newborn Photography in Deanwood, Washington DC

This was my first photography session in Deanwood, Washington, DC, and it was loads of fun! Winter is the perfect time of year for indoor photo shoots and a splash of holiday color. This lucky little guy had the nicest parents and one of the cutest nurseries I’ve seen in a long time.

Family Photographer in Capitol Hill, Washington DC

First photo shoot in Lincoln Park, Washington DC. This family lives in Northeast Capitol Hill, where we started out this family photography session. The weather was so nice, however, we couldn’t resist relocating to Lincoln Park. The results look so sweet and soft!

Family Photographer in Washington DC – DC War Memorial

This was a great Sunday morning family photo shoot at the DC War Memorial that commemorates DC residents that served in World War I. The memorials and trees made for a very magical backdrop.

Although everyone was a bit shy at first, things loosened up after a few minutes and everyone felt more comfortable in front of the camera.
